Dear Rôtisseurs and Friends,

In the heart of St. Martin’s season, we are delighted to invite you to a very special dinner. We will return to a place we all know and love, the Biergarten at Vila Vita, to celebrate the art of roast goose.

The goose lies at the origin of our Confrérie: before we were Rôtisseurs, we were goose roasters. This evening is therefore also a return to our roots. We will gather around the roaster in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, just as tradition calls for.

We look forward to seeing you all, and your guests are most welcome!

Christmas Dinner at Fita Preta , Évora

Dear Members and Friends, Christmas is a time to return to what we hold dear, and this year we invite you to do so together, as we head back to the Alentejo. A region many of us know well, yet one that never ceases to surprise: there is always a wine waiting to be discovered, an old recipe someone has lovingly preserved, a stillness across the plains that invites us to slow down. Revisiting the Alentejo means rediscovering generous tables and the warm hospitality that turns every meal into an occasion. It is in this spirit that we invite you to our Christmas Dinner at Fitapreta, in Graça do Divor. Following a welcome cocktail, dinner will be served in the former chapel of the Paço, reserved exclusively for our group. At the table, a Christmas menu prepared by four hands: the deep-rooted Alentejo cooking of Gertrudes Tibúrcio, guardian of the region’s old recipes and of the produce from the kitchen garden, in dialogue with the contemporary approach of Chef Beatriz Carvão, paired with Fitapreta’s own wines. But the best part of the evening will be us. Throughout the year, it was around the table that conversations lingered, friendships deepened and new members became friends. Our Christmas Dinner is the moment to celebrate all of this and to raise a glass to the year ahead, in the company of those with whom we love to share a table.

Grand Chapitre of Denmark - Copenhagen

The Bailliage du Danemark invites Confrères and Consœurs from around the world to Copenhagen, 21-23 January 2027. We open on Thursday with dinner at Restaurant No. 2 on the Christianshavn waterfront, little sister of the two-Michelin-starred AOC. On Friday we meet at Sans Souci, a classic Frederiksberg bistro serving its neighbourhood since 1902. On Saturday the Grand Chapitre takes place at the Hotel d'Angleterre, the grand old hotel on Kongens Nytorv: induction and promotion ceremony in Salon Louis XVI, cocktails, and the Grand Dîner under the glass ceiling of the Palm Court. Dress code: black tie. Each evening is booked separately at webshop.chaine.dk; the gala seats 160. We hope to see you in January.
