Welcome to the website of the Bailliage of the Algarve of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the premier international fine food and wine organisation. We are unique in bringing together both professional and non-professional members worldwide, who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and fine dining linked by a wonderful camaraderie.

As an amateur gastronome, you can share fine dining experiences with fellow members, enjoy exceptional food and become knowledgeable about wine. You will be warmly welcomed at our establishments that display the Chaîne plaque.

The Chaîne aims to promote the training, high standards and profile of the next generation of chefs and sommeliers through annual competitions that are held on both a national and international level each year.
