The distinctive character of our association is to bring together amateurs and professionals, from all over the world, whether they are hoteliers, restaurateurs, executive chefs or sommeliers, in the appreciation of fine cuisine.

Roast Goose at Vilavita BierGarden
Dear Rôtisseurs and Friends,
In the heart of St. Martin’s season, we are delighted to invite you to a very special dinner. We will return to a place we all know and love, the Biergarten at Vila Vita, to celebrate the art of roast goose.
The goose lies at the origin of our Confrérie: before we were Rôtisseurs, we were goose roasters. This evening is therefore also a return to our roots. We will gather around the roaster in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, just as tradition calls for.
